AKTH Opens Additional Labor Ward At Retainership Unit

Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano has opened additional labor at the Retainership Unit of the hospital.

According to the statement made available to the Information and Public Relations Unit said that the Unit was opened recently to enable Retainership clients access complete VIP services within the Unit.

First Male baby weight 4kg was successfully delivered yesterday Tuesday by a client and both mother and child were stable before been discharged.

The Head of Retainership Unit,Dr Zainab Ibrahim expressed appreciation on the development saying that the additional eight bedded labor ward will go along way in reducing the queue on the demand for Amenity Rooms by the clients.
