Unless we amend our Criminal Procedure Codes in this Country, we are not serious at fighting corruption and theft of public funds. How can the legal system accord equal recognition to a criminal who steals a goat with the other criminal who abused public trust and diverted public funds in billions meant to serve the society? To me somebody who steals public funds is like a murderer, hence does not deserve to be granted bail! It is time for our Leaders across the Board to think out of the box
