CoS: Bashir Gwammaja Extols Tinubu Over Gbajabiamila’s Appointment*

An APC stalwart, Alh. Bashir Ibrahim Al-Mustapha Gwammaja CON has congratulated Femi Gbajabiamila on his appointment as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s chief of staff.

This is contained in a statement by his aide Abdu Sa’idu and made available to newsmen in Kano.

The statement said: “On behalf of my family and humble self, I wish to congratulate my friend, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“You have demonstrated outstanding leadership as Speaker of the House of Representatives, and I have no doubt that you will succeed in this new position. I wish you success in moving our country forward.

“Having served as Minority Whip, Minority Leader, Opposition Leader, Majority Leader, and eventually as Hon. Speaker, your time in the Federal House of Representatives has made a significant contribution to the growth of our country, Nigeria.

“I have no doubt that you’ll run your office with honesty and effectiveness. Once again congratulations sir,” Alh. Bashir said.
