DMD FC Kwaya Kusar booked tickets into round 34 at the ongoing Nigeria Federation Cup 2023.

The shinning stars of DMD FC Kwaya Kusar Borno State defeated ABJ FC of Bauchi by two goals to nothing at Pantami Stadium Gombe State in the NFF Federation Cup Competition 2023.
The match which was kick start by four ‘o clock in the evening witness many spectators from the two neighbouring states of Bauchi and Yobe including the host state of Gombe to witness the match.
Right from the first forty five minutes of the match DMD FC dominated the possession after missing several scoring chances from Lucky, Abdul and Mohammed.
A statement by Ibrahim Tukur Worker, DMD FC
Media Officer said, in the second half at about forty six minutes, crossing from Mohammed Ozil to Joseph open the first goal of the match.
Immediately after Celebration another counter attack by DMD FC attack through Abdul assist make it easy for Mohammed to score the second goal and make it and two goals to nothing.
DMD FC keep on mounting pressure after dominating the match possession but failed to add another goal after wasting several chances including one -on- one with ABJ FC goal keeper by Mohammed which was assisted by Abdul again.
The statement added that, the match ended by two goals to zero in favour of DMD FC Kwaya Kusar Borno State.
DMD FC have now qualified into the round of 34 in Nigeria Football Federation NFF Cup 2023.
