DON sue for unity to overcome challenges bedeviling Southern Zone

Professor Muhammad Yahaya Mujahid of the department of Art and social science Education, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, has called on Muslims in the Country particularly southern part of Kaduna state to unite and overcome the challenges bedeviling the area.

The university Don is speaking at a Ramadan lectures organized by the coalition of Southern Kaduna Muslims ummah Association, at Arewa House Kaduna with the topic”The imperatives and Strategies of Muslim Unity Based on Kitab and Sunnah”.

Professor Mujahid called on the people of the southern zone, to understand their differences and work towards building bond that will be difficult to break.

Professor Muhammad remind the gathering that nothing can be achieved without Unity, the holy Quran and Hadith of the holy Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu alaihim wassalam,have emphasized the need of Unity among any People that wants to achieve it’s goals.

The university Don remind the “People about the importance of unity during the lifetime of the prophet Muhammad and advised that people should emulate his strategy which foster unity among the Muslims ummah.

Also speaking at the public lecture,the second presenter Mallama Khadija Gambo Hawaja, Permanent Commissioner Kaduna Peace Commission, highlighted the lmportant of Unity among Muslim Ummah,

The Permanent Commissioner, enjoy justice among the Muslim Ummah, adding that for any People to unite and achieved that it most be justice among them, let everyone be treated justly, dont deny anybody his her right and say you want Unity.

Mallama Khadija Hawaja highlights some of the Strategies use by Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu alaihim wassalam use,to unite divers communities during his lifetime which contains justice that any Society can be emulate to has peaceful society and free violence community where their is understanding among them.

Earlier the Chairman of the occasion Alhaji Sama’ila Barau, describe the lecture as timely “it’s come at the right time that gives room for Muslims in southern Kaduna to foster their unity in the area.

Alhaji Sama’ila Barau maintained that “this type of organization will enlighten the people the important of oneness, in respect of the religion afliation.
