JUST IN: Court Dismisses Abba Kabir’s Interlocutory Appeal

Court of Appeal, Abuja Division has dismissed Abba Kabir Yusuf’s Interlocutory appeal seeking to set aside the ruling of the Tribunal led by Justice Oluyemi Akintan Osadebay delivered on 13th, July 2023.

In its judgement today Thursday, the Cout described the Abba K. Yusuf’s Appeal against APC and 2 others as “frivolous, vexatious and deserve penalty of dismissal”
