Kano Governor-elect condoles with Aminu Dantata over wife’s demise

The Kano State Governor-elect, His Excellency, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, on Tuesday paid a condolence visit to Kano’s nonagenarian business mogul, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, over the demise of his wife, Hajiya Rabi Dantata.

A statement signed on Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, said the Governor-elect, who was in company of the NNPP National Leader, Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, was received by Alhaji Dantata in his Koki residence in Kano metropolis.

While describing her passing as a loss to the entire Kano people, the Governor-elect said Hajiya Rabi’s footprints are indelible for her long years of service to humanity and Kano populace in particular.

He prayed for Allah’s forgiveness and mercy upon the departed soul, while wishing the family fortitude to bear the loss of their beloved late matriarch.

Engr. Abba wished the nonagenarian Alhaji Dantata good health, strength and a fulfilling end as he keeps impacting Nigeria and Kano society positively in various areas of human developments.
