Kano New Commissioner For Land Adamu Kibiya Assumes Duty Pledges Reform In Land Management System

The newly appointed commissioner of land and survey, Alhaji Adamu Aliyu Kibiya takeover the affairs of the ministry today immediately after he was sworn as commissioner of land and survey.

Kibiya who was accompanied by hundreds of supporters and well-wishers from Kibiya, Rano and Bunkure promised to bring positive change in land management and administration.

Adamu Aliyu Kibiya then solicited the support and cooperation of all staff of the ministry and pleagde to apply an open door policy.

He thanked Governor Abba Kabir Yusif and NNPP National leader Engineer Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso for finding worthy to be a member of state executive council.

In his remarks, the state house of assembly member representing Kibiya, Alhaji Shehu Garba Fammar described the commissioner as humble, dedicated and hardworking person.

He then urged the staff of the ministry to give him all the necessary support and cooperation in order to discharge his duties effectively.

Presenting the handing over note to the incoming commissioner, Director administration and general services Alhaji Sharfuddin Bala congratulated him and promised to give him maximum support and cooperation.
