Kebbi @32 Celebration : Gov. Nasir Solicits cooperation, Support to develop Kebbi

The Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris has appealed to all and sundry of the state to give their support and cooperation to his administration, so as to developed the state to a modern City.
Alhaji Ahmed Idris, Chief Press Secretary to the governor made this known in a statement issued to Newsmen in Birnin Kebbi on Sunday.
The chief press secretary quoted the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Yakubu Bala-Tafida as making the plea in a message to the entire people of the state for celebrating the state @32 on behalf of the governor.
In his celebration message, he said, Kebbi has clocked 32 years of creation by former Military Head of State, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida on 27th August, 1991.
While congratulating the government and good people of the state for attaining 32 years of existence, Gov. Nasir Idris pledge that his present administration is fully determined to bring positive development to the state.
The governor reminded the people of the excellent developmental projects being executed by his administration in less than 100 days in office and promises that it was just the begining of a new dawn in the state.
He implore people to continuously pray for peace to reign across the state, observing that peace was critical to meaningful development of any society.
Equally, expressed his administration under his good plan on how to transform Kebbi to a modern City to look like other developed states in the country.
He further stated that his government was keenly interested in any advice, suggestions as well as constructive criticism that would move the state forward, “together, we shall make Kebbi a great state.”
