Kebbi INEC presents certificate of return to 14 members elect, 2 in-question

Independent Electorial commission (INEC) Kebbi state office has issued certificate’s of return to 14 elected state Assembly members out of 16 winners in the state. While the 2 is in-question and 8 seats was declared inconclusive election.

The presentation of certificate was conducted by the Resident Electorial commissioner, Barrister Ahmad Bello-Mahmud and witnessed by all formation of security agencies, politicians and stakeholders family friends and well-wishers at the INEC conference hall Headquarters in Birnin Kebbi.

He added that certificate of return will be presented to members whom was declared winner of election of their various state Assembly constituencies.

The members that were issued with a certificate of return are: Buhari Muhammad of PDP Aliero constituency, Umar Muhammad NA’AMORE of PDP Argungu constituency, Samaila Mohammad of APC Bagudo East Constituency, Abubakar Mohammad LOLO of APC Bagudo west Constituency, Hassan Umar of APC Birnin Kebbi North constituency, Abubakar Aminu Gulumbe of APC Birnin Kebbi South constituency and Yusuf Abubakar Till of PDP Bunza constituency.

Other are Sulaiman Abubakar Fana of APC Dandi constituency, Haruna Lawal Gele of APC Fakai constituency, Mohamed Tukur of APC Shanga constituency, Faruku Abubakar of APC Suru constituency, Garba Muhammad Bena of APC Danko-Wasgu East Constituency, Danjuma Abdullahi of APC Danko-Wasgu west Constituency and than Usman Mohamed of APC Zuru constituency. All have received their certificate of return.

He however, two LGAS of Yauri and Ngaski were in-question while waiting for the national Headquarters of the Independence Electorial commission (INEC) to determine their faith because there was a report of beating hel out returning officers and other Electorial offences committed to the two LGAS mentioned above. Again 8LGAs were declared inconclusive making the total of 21LGAs.

Resident Electorial commissioner, Ahmad Bello-Mahmud applauded the entire citizenry for their support and patiences during the conduct of presidential, National Assembly and the Gubernatorial and state Assembly elections thought there was any report for lost of lives but only some few LGAs where elections are declared inconclusive and that of the Governorship which is coming up on 15th of April 2023 which major were put in place to ensure free and fair election.
