Meet Fadila Muhammad Dikko, 38-year old Commissioner Nominee from Katsina State

Barrister Fadila Muhammad Dikko was born on the 3rd of June 1985 and hails from Birchi, Kurfi Local Government Area of Katsina State. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Masters’s in Public Law from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Barrister Fadila is currently pursuing a Ph.D. programme in law from Bayero University, Kano.

Barrister Fadila began her flowering law career in 2010 when she served as Legal Assistant to the Hon. Chief Judge of High Court 7 in Katsina State. She, further, served as Assistant Chief Registrar, In-charge of the Mediation Door, Katsina Multi-door Court House, Katsina. She rose to Magistrate grade 1, Senior Magistrate grade 2, before she finally became Chief Magistrate of Katsina State judiciary, a position she currently occupies.

She obtained numerous certificates and published illustrious articles such as certificate in Special Investigation and Prosecution, National Judicial Institute Certificate on Refresher Course for Magistrates, and Workshop by Women Environmental Program on extreme violence among others. Barrister Fadila is happily married with children.
