NUJ Congratulates New CPS to Kano Governor, Sunusi Bature

The Kano council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists(NUJ),has congratulated the new Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Kano State, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, on his appointment.

This is contained in a congratulatory message jointly signed by the Chairman of the union, Comrade Abbas Ibrahim, and its Secretary, Abba Murtala, and made available to newsmen on Tuesday in Kano.

“We congratulate you on your recent appointment as the Chief Press Secretary to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kano State, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf.

“The development did not come to us as a surprise in view of your unrivalled competence and professionalism,” the council said.

It wished the new Chief Press Secretary the best of luck in his tenure, adding that,” we are confident you will live up to expectations and adequately carry colleagues along in the scheme of things
