If BAT is serious to reposition Nigeria, the cost of governance must be addressed in order to reduce waste! With so far a total of 47 nominated Ministers and with more to be nominated, the size of the FEC is too unwieldy! Furthermore the span of control is too wide as it does not give room for ease of control and monitoring!
