Service efficiency and productivity, our priority–Kano Speaker

Attainment of organisational objectives had been attributed to efficiency and dedication of working force in actualisation of government policies and programs

The Speaker Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon.Ismail Jibrin Falgore made the attribution today during a meeting with Staff of the Assembly pointing out that Staff of the House remain a gateway for effective service delivery hence he accorded them high priority

RT Hon. Ismail Jibrin Falgore further stressed that the essence of the meeting is to further cement the harmonious working relations with Staff of the House.

He assured them that his doors is always open to all staff on matters related to the development of the House

RT. Hon. Ismail Jibrin Falgore further remainded the staff on dedication to duty always.

In his speech the Acting Clerk of the Assembly, Alhaji Ali Maje applauds the foresight of the Speaker and assured him of staff readiness for the overall development of the House

Further more, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria Kano State House of Assembly branch, Comrade Bashir Yahaya commended the laudable initiatives of the Speaker and promised to work hard for the collective success of the Assembly.

In a related development the Speaker had also held a meeting with the management staff of the House on his efforts to ensure inclusive service which he said is the hallmark towards attaining government objectives

He implored the management staff to always led by example and assured them that he will carry everybody along but remind them to brace up for effective service delivery.

Similar meeting was also held with staff of the State House of Assembly Service Commission today on the open drive of the Speaker to have a conducive and harmonious working atmosphere with all relevant stake holders in the Assembly.
